Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are valid for 20 days and based on information provided in writing. All bookings require written confirmation via email. Changes to a brief may affect costs and require re-quoting. Proceeding with a booking confirms acceptance of the quoted fee and these terms.
Fees & Travel
Photographer fees are charged from arrival to departure unless stated otherwise. Travel beyond 15km of Sydney CBD or Wollongong CBD may be charged at an hourly or per-kilometre rate. Overtime is charged pro-rata based on the original fee.
Payment
On The Day
A client representative is requested to attend and sign off on work as it progresses. If no representative is present, Jeremy will interpret the brief to the best of his ability. Once the shoot is complete, the right to change creative decisions made on the day is waived.
Cancellations & Postponements
Props & Equipment
Unless agreed otherwise, all props, wardrobe and equipment purchased for a shoot remain the property of the photographer.
Credits
Any credit held with the photographer is valid for 6 months only.
Copyright & Usage
Jeremy Park retains global copyright on all images. Usage rights are licensed as specified on the quote or invoice. Exclusive usage grants the listed client the right to use the images but does not transfer copyright ownership. Images may not be sold or distributed to third parties. Jeremy retains the right to use all images for his own promotional purposes in perpetuity.
Jeremy does not represent the copyright or moral rights of any person, brand or element appearing in images or video, and takes no responsibility for post-production alterations or third-party use beyond his control.
Definitions
The Photographer: Jeremy Park, operating as a content creator across stills photography, video and pre/post-production. Client/Agency: The person or organisation engaging Jeremy’s services. The Shoot: The time allocated to create content, excluding pre and post-production. Weather Call: A written agreement to check the forecast before confirming shoot commencement. Business Hours: 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Amendments
Written quotes and invoices may contain terms or notes that supersede or amend these conditions upon acceptance. Upon changes to a brief and scope of a project the quote may become invalid.
